We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Skills Trainer to support staff development and operational excellence across multiple restaurant branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-the-job training, ensuring adherence to company standards, and improving staff performance through effective coaching and mentoring. Minimum Requirements:- Matric (Hospitality or Training qualification advantageous)
- 2–3 years’ experience in staff training or restaurant operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
