Description:

The Key Account Manager will drive growth by developing and managing strategic relationships with large national fleet operators. Working closely with the dealer network and Regional Sales Managers, this role ensures professional national-level fleet engagement, increased sales volumes, and consistent customer experiences. Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management within the commercial vehicle, fleet, or logistics sector.
  • Proven ability to build C-suite relationships and negotiate large-scale deals.
  • Strong understanding of dealer-based networks and South African market dynamics.
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s licence.

  • Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance national growth with dealer collaboration.
  • Strong reporting, CRM, and MS Office proficiency.

Requirements:
