Description:
Site-based / Hybrid / Office-based (depending on project requirements)
Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow
Control expenditure and identify cost risks and opportunities
Administer contracts (EPC, EPCM, remeasurement, schedules of rates)
Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts
Support procurement, tender evaluations, and subcontract management
Produce monthly cost reports and provide commercial advice to leadership
Ensure compliance with contracts, company procedures, and mining standards
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related
8 years or more QS experience with strong mining project exposure
Proven experience managing large contracts and complex budgets
Solid contract law knowledge and advanced cost reporting skills
Platinum Mine Experience
Advantageous
Professional registration (RICS, AIQS, CIOB, or equivalent)
Experience mentoring junior staff
