Minimum requirements:Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (advantageous) 13 years experience in macadamia or tree crop production (or relevant agricultural experience) Basic knowledge of macadamia production systems and orchard management Ability to supervise and motivate farm labour Good communication skills in English (Xitsonga / Afrikaans advantageous) Basic computer literacy (record keeping and reporting)
