Internal Sales – Diesel Fuel InjectionParow | Automotive Wholesale | Full-TimeOur client, a well-established and respected automotive wholesaler, is seeking a knowledgeable and service-driven Internal Sales Representative (Diesel Fuel Injection) to join their Parow branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical understanding of diesel fuel injection systems, excellent sales ability, and a passion for customer service. What You’ll Do

• Proactively contact customers, promote product lines, market specials, and support external sales visits
• Grow the Diesel Pump Room customer base and assist in sourcing new products and suppliers
• Prepare quotations, process invoices, manage COD accounts, and track backorders
• Assist customers with diesel parts selection and provide accurate technical guidance
• Maintain customer relationships through prompt communication on deliveries, logistics, claims, and supply issues
• Handle returns, manage credits, and escalate account concerns when needed
• Maintain accurate customer information, track lost sales, and assist with stock counts and trade events
• Ensure a professional, organised workstation and uphold high service standards

What You’ll Bring

• Matric (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of Diesel Fuel Injection systems
• Trade Test / Diesel Fuel Injection Certification (advantageous)
• Experience in internal sales or technical sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, work accurately, and remain organised in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and reliable attitude
