Property AdministratorBased in Houghton R15 000 - R18 000 CTC per month Minimum requirements:- Previous property administration experience (ideally 1–2 years) with exposure to residential or commercial property environments
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage leases, tenant records, correspondence, and filing accurately
- Basic financial administration experience, including invoicing, reconciliations, rental schedules, or utilities and levy processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management systems is advantageous
