- RSA Citizen
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
- Firearm Competency – Business Purposes
- Clear Criminal Record
- PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Well-presented, confident, and professional
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry , with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands
- Proven ability to manage and discipline staff effectively
