Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Gift Wrapper to join their team in Loch Logan. To wrap and decorate customer’s purchases with gift-wrapping paper, ribbons, bows, and tape after purchase.
Minimum Requirement:
Essential:
- Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
Job Description:
Gift Wrapping:
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate wrapping materials.
- Wrap each package in a professional manner and in accordance with specified guidelines.
- Remove price tag from packaged products and include gift receipts in wrapping.
- Clearly organize and store wrapped packages in gift wrap holding area, as assigned.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Customer Service:
- Provide friendly, helpful and courteous assistance to all customers.
- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants.
- All customer queries must be dealt with and resolved within a reasonable time.
- The correct uniform and name badge must be worn at all times.
- Report bad and suspicious behaviour – staff and customers – to management.
