Junior Graphic Designer

We are a fast-paced, well-established printing company specializing in high-quality print solutions for a wide range of clients. Our work includes commercial printing, branding materials, signage, and custom print products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team.Role Overview

The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to create print-ready artwork that meets client briefs and production standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to grow, and interested in the technical side of print.Key Responsibilities

• Design artwork for print materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, posters, banners, labels, and signage

• Prepare print-ready files according to printing specifications

• Make revisions and artwork adjustments based on client feedback

• Ensure correct colour modes, bleeds, margins, and file formats

• Liaise with production staff to ensure designs are suitable for printing

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs

• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Requirements & Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent)

  • Proficiency in Coreldraw or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

  • Basic understanding of print processes, colour modes (CMYK), and file setup

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to take direction and work well within a team

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a print-focused environment What We Offer
