Sales Representative

Description:

We are actively recruiting Junior Sales Consultants to join our growing team in various regions. This is a dynamic opportunity for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement. As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting company services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Career progression to Senior or Executive Consultant is possible within the first year, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:


Generate leads and identify potential clients


Present and promote products/services to new and existing clients


Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships


Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by management


Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals


Prepare regular reports on sales performance


Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Remuneration & Benefits:


Basic Salary: R15,000 per month


Commission: 0.3% on sales over R2.5 million


Growth Opportunities: Promotion to Senior or Executive Consultant within 12 months, including salary and commission increases

Minimum Requirements:


Matric certificate (Grade 12)


1–2 years of sales experience (preferred, not essential for highly motivated individuals)


Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (advantageous)


Willingness to undergo Lumenii assessments as part of the recruitment process


Strong command of English (additional languages are a bonus)
