A family-owned farming business specialising in the cultivation, packing, and export of table grapes and citrus, is seeking a Junior Production Manager (Citrus). Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in citrus production
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture
- Knowledge of fertilisation, irrigation, disease, and pest control
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of a ±160ha citrus production unit
- Oversight of production, labour, packhouse, and quality management
- Maintenance management and farm administration
- Fertilisation, irrigation, and harvest management
