Job Description:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Therapist to join our team. The Senior Therapist will provide advanced therapeutic services, supervise and mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs. This role requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to professional and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced therapeutic interventions to clients, tailored to individual needs.Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress.Supervise, mentor, and support junior therapists and interns.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and reports.Ensure adherence to professional, ethical, and organizational standards.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and clinical strategies.Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of therapeutic programs.
