- Reliable transport to and from work
- 5+ Years Experience in butchery
- Experience with bulk protein handling
- Experience with freezer and blast freezing systems
- Profeciency with yield reporting
- Strong knowledge of protein Production & Output
- Exposure to Halaal Compliance (Critical)
- Expertise with Quality & Food Safety
- Experience with Staff & Workflow Management
- Equipment & Facility Control experience
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction
- Customer-service oriented, professional, and adaptable to changing demand
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
