Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented Pass Controller to manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring that all dishes are delivered accurately and on time. The Pass Controller will coordinate communication between chefs and waitstaff, monitor plating standards, and maintain quality control across all meals. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area.Ensure all dishes are plated correctly and meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.Communicate effectively with chefs and waitstaff to resolve any order discrepancies.Monitor timing and sequence of dish delivery to maintain service efficiency.Maintain quality control and consistency for all meals leaving the kitchen.Keep the pass area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.Assist in training and supporting junior staff where required.
