Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, whether hot or cold, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest culinary standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, efficiency, and consistency, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.Key Responsibilities:Manage a designated kitchen section (hot, cold, or other specialty).Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s culinary standards.Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and skill development.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards in the workstation.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen team members for menu execution and special events.Ensure consistent portioning, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
