HR Assistant – ParowAutomotive Wholesale | Full-Time | On-siteOur client, a well-established automotive wholesaler with a strong national footprint, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their Parow team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and confident in supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do- Support recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining employee files
- Assist with payroll updates, leave administration, benefits, and general HR recordkeeping
- Help manage HR compliance, documentation, audits, and statutory reporting
- Coordinate internal communication, training logistics, and employment equity administration
- Maintain organised filing systems and handle daily HR administration
- Support disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance reviews with proper documentation and scheduling
- Assist the HR Manager with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and ad hoc tasks
- Matric (essential)
- HR qualification or relevant diploma (preferred)
- Experience in an HR or administrative support role
- Good understanding of HR principles, confidentiality, and compliance
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
