About the Role
As a Paid Social Manager at Hyrax, you'll play a pivotal role in both our Paid Social team and broader Paid Media function. You’ll lead the day-to-day strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts, delivering performance-driven social campaigns and integrated media plans.
Beyond campaign management, you’ll mentor junior team members, contribute to team leadership, and help shape the future of paid social at Hyrax.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Client Management
- Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Oversee campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimization, performance reporting, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with Strategy and Media Planning teams to build robust, data-informed media plans
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the lead in weekly client meetings and internal team check-ins
- Delegate responsibilities, support team resourcing, and contribute to leadership initiatives
- Act as a key escalation point for client or internal issues, resolving them with clarity and accountability
Innovation & Process Development
- Champion internal process improvements and help document best practices
- Collaborate with management on strategic innovation, training, and operational initiatives
Team Development
- Mentor and support junior team members and interns with regular feedback and coaching
- Identify learning and growth opportunities to support team development and career progression
