  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs.

S creening and Interviewing

  • Reviewing CVs and applications to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
  • Administering pre-employment assessments and any role-specific evaluations as needed.

Hiring and Onboarding

  • Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms where required.
  • Conducting background checks and reference verifications as per operationa needs.
  • Assisting with completion of onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
  • Coordinating training intake, ensuring 10–20 new hires per session are scheduled and confirmed twice monthly.
