Qualifications
- Aminimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management
- strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,with experience interacting wirh a variety of stakeholders such as property owners,tenants,and contractors
- knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices, as well as basic plumbing,electrical, and carpentry skills.
-proficiency with google suite and microsoft office and social media,with experience using property management software preferred.
- A good understanding of billing of utilities is a must.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
