Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential customers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used vehicle sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
