POSITION: Store Coordinator – Fashion Boutique
Location: Umhlanga, KZN
We are a well-established fashion boutique in Umhlanga, operating since 2019, specialising in men’s and women’s clothing, and we are looking for a dedicated Store Coordinator to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee daily store operations
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and basic store administration
Deliver excellent customer service for both men’s and women’s clientele
Assist with stock control, receiving, merchandising, and reporting
Support sales targets and overall store performance
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Communicate store performance and operational needs to management
Requirements
Previous experience in retail coordination, supervision, or fashion retail
Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
Fashion-aware with an understanding of men’s and women’s retail
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
