OCEAN VIEW GUEST FARM – MORGAN BAY (Eastern Cape)
We are looking for a couple with the following experience:
Hospitality, including Restaurant experience or Guest House experience, (cleaning, washing bedding, etc) ABILITY TO SET UP and continue with guest amenities.
Ensure that operating expenses are tightly controlled.
Experience in setting up and dealing with Labour
Efficient and effective administration in respect of employees and guests.
Ability to set up Operations and Systems
Strong sense of Entrepreneurship
Able to understand farm implements
Must love nature and gardening.
Experience with Solar installations, beneficial
Some building experience, beneficial
Capacity to identify income streams and execute
Motivated
Trustworthy
Ability to plan and implement procedures.
Able to work unsupervised.
Work according to a timeline.
Valid Code 10 South African Drivers Licence
Clear criminal record
Proficiency in English
Computer literate
Good communication skills
Presentable
