Radio Controller

Description:

Job Duties:

• Monitor and control radio communications within the designated area
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery schedules
• Respond to emergency calls and provide necessary assistance
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities
• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities

  Required Qualifications:

  • PSIRA Grade C
  • Cash In Transit Certification
  • Firearm Competency with Business Purposes
  • Driver Licence
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of radio communication systems

    Education:

    • Matric

      Experience:

      • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
      • Experience in logistics or transportation industry

        Knowledge and Skills:

        • Understanding of radio operations and protocols
        • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
        • Proficient in using communication equipment

          Working Conditions:
