Passport valid for traveling Culinary or Hospitality related certification HACCP trained Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior employment as a SOUS Chef in 5-star environment (Hotel / Ship / Yacht / Lodge or Resort)EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years in 5-star environment employment experience offer strong execution support to Executive Chef Knowledgeable of types of game Confident English speaking
