Description:
We’re seeking a friendly, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team at a busy, patient-focused dental practice in the KZN Midlands (Howick).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Computer literate and proficiency in dental software
- Support patients before, during, and after treatment
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant but training will be provided
- Valid HPCSA registration (only persons with this qualification will be considered)
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
