At Marcel’s Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt, we pride ourselves in manufacturing and supplying the best quality products and service to our customers. The Shop Assistant plays a key role in the continual success of quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out their tasks with pride, integrity, and enthusiasm to ensure exceptional service delivery. They, alongside the rest of the team will drive, the vision and mission of the company. This necessitates a self-motivated, friendly and passionate individual with a can-do attitude.
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12 (Compulsory)
· Experience working on a “POS” or cashier system
· Retail working experience in a similar position (Advantageous)
· Telephone etiquette
· Excellent customer service
· Good written and verbal communication
· Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Key Responsibilities:
· Good customer relations at all times which include but is not limited to the following:
- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering telephone calls - Serving customers
- Providing excellent customer service at all times · Working the cash register and cashing up of tills
