Bambino Boutique is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to run daily factory operations in our pine furniture workshop.
Role includes:
Managing daily production on the factory floor
Allocating jobs to carpenters, finishers & spray painter
Monitoring output, attendance & discipline
Quality checking furniture before wrapping & dispatch
Ensuring correct parts, dimensions & finishes
Reporting daily progress and issues to management
Requirements:
Experience supervising a workshop or factory
Knowledge of carpentry / woodworking processes
Strong people management & attention to detail
Reliable and deadline-driven
Salary:
R15,000 – R18,000
