ð??? Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA Solid T-SQL development and administrative scripting (PowerShell) Preferred:
Microsoft Certified: SQL Server / Azure DBA Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS Familiarity with cloud-based SQL Server (Azure/Amazon RDS)

Deep technical experience in:
Microsoft SQL Server installation, configuration, and optimization (2012 or newer) SQL Server High Availability (Always On, clustering, mirroring, replication) Backup/recovery strategy development (incl. PITR) Performance monitoring and tuning (Profiler, DMVs, Extended Events) Scripting automation (PowerShell, T-SQL) Security best practices, encryption, access controls Capacity planning and incident resolution in production environments Clear and confident communication skills for cross-team collaboration Willingness to work in the EST timezone, including occasional after-hours/weekend availability
