About the Role:As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations, reporting, and controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly and annual financial reporting processes Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors and regulators Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls Support management with financial insights and recommendations Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant designation or equivalent
