Duties:

- Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex, Vantage, etc.).
- Collaborate with the repair team to ensure proper understanding of the required repairs.
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and repair shops to discuss estimates, repair schedules, and insurance claims.
- Ensure estimates are compliant with current legislation and insurance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor vehicle repair costs and practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns as they arise.

- Strong experience with estimating software such as:

- Vantage, etc
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
