Minimum requirements:Grade 12 Degree or Diploma in Financial Management or Accounting Completed Articles SAIPA /SAICA 23 years relevant experience in a financial role, preferably within the agricultural sector Experience with financial systems (Pastel, Sage Evolution, or similar) Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong Excel skills (pivot tables) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of agricultural operations and seasonality will be advantageous Own transport and valid driver's license
