A well-established property management company is seeking a Student Liaison Officer to join their Cape Town-based team at a prominent student accommodation site. Key Duties:
Greet students, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a professional reception area Answer calls, take accurate messages, and direct queries to the relevant team members Assist with tenant and student enquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues Prepare boardrooms for meetings and manage visitor access and contractor coordination Maintain administrative systems including key registers, documentation, and work orders Monitor the admin mailbox and ensure timely, accurate communication Support the Property Manager with day-to-day administration and student accommodation processes Attend meetings and take accurate minutesKey Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) is essential; a relevant Diploma or Degree in Office Administration is advantageous 24 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within property or student accommodation Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems A proactive and service-driven mindset EE Disclaimer:
