Qualifications & Experience:
4+ years in web UX, eCommerce, or related fields. Systems/Business Analysis experience with the ability to query data sources. Background in consumer-facing organisations and iterative methodologies ( Agile, SCRUM). Knowledge of HTML, XHTML, CSS, and various database technologies. Strong understanding of Web Accessibility and UX principles.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with development teams, Product Owners/Managers, and stakeholders to drive product initiatives. Propose and justify solutions, taking ownership of allocated stories and guiding stakeholders to consensus. Assist in creating and executing product strategies while aligning business priorities and roadmaps. Develop business cases for strategic technical projects and facilitate cross-team communication. Contribute to UX redesigns, documentation (technical and design specifications), and ongoing improvements. Engage in technical discussions with developers, offering innovative ideas and solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to maintain a competitive edge.
