Description:
Designing and delivering internal communication strategies that align with key business goals
Rolling out company-wide narratives that embed purpose, values, and strategic themes
Partnering with executives to create messaging and manage town halls, leadership updates, and employee webinars
Developing storytelling campaigns that showcase and celebrate company culture
Managing all enterprise-wide comms: change initiatives, wellness campaigns, recognition programs, etc.
Producing content (copy, visuals, video) that strengthens internal brand alignment
Building toolkits, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency
Staying on the pulse of communication tech, tools, and employee engagement trends
Driving innovation in internal channels (digital signage, employee portals, etc.)
Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and external vendors
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, or similar (postgrad a plus)
5+ years in a senior internal comms role, ideally in corporate, financial services, or retail
A strong storyteller with a proven ability to engage employees and influence execs
Experience leading internal campaigns, change comms, and cultural engagement projects
Solid grasp of brand tone of voice, internal messaging, and visual identity alignment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and internal digital tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
Familiar with light photography/videography tools
Bonus: experience with internal signage systems or employee portals
