Develop and implement mechanical maintenance strategies Support breakdown investigations and root cause analysis Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams Monitor equipment performance and reliability metrics Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 to 7 years of mechanical maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure in a production-driven environment
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering essential GCC (Mines & Works) advantageous
