Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
· Make outbound calls to prospects to sell the Quintet solution directly.
· Generate invitations for tradeshows and set up sessions for the Experience Center in London.
· Identify potential opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up as required.
Relationship Management
· Proactively build and maintain relationships with selected tiered clients.
· Develop trust with end-users to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
Collaboration With Internal Teams
· Work closely with Clients Inside Sales Specialists to align sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns.
· Support seamless communication between teams to ensure prospects receive timely and accurate information.
Maintenance Contract Retention
· Retain existing maintenance contracts by nurturing client relationships.
· Identify renewal opportunities and provide support during the renewal process.
Additional Duties
· Perform other ad hoc tasks related to the Statement of Work (SOW).
· Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and achieving targets efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
· Matric (Grade 12) – essential
· Clear criminal record
· Clear credit check
· 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (advantageous)
· Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
· Target-driven and self-motivated
· Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams
