Our successful Leisure Supervisor
? Assist in exercising controls over cash, inventory, stock and associated documentation for Reception, Shop, Bar and Padel Courts.
? Check and manage stock levels, do daily orders
? Ensures handovers are conducted between shifts at all levels and react to requests promptly.
? Report all building and general maintenance and ensure timeous execution.
? Assist in planning, executing and following through on all special events, birthday parties, school groups and educational groups.
? Assists with team member training, schedules/ induction as and when required.
? To ensure the day to day preparation, cleanliness and operational readiness of all Leisure Areas are up to standard.
? Supervise Leisure team members to ensure efficient operations and service levels are maintained.
? Resolve complaints and challenges promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4) or equivalent; good customer service skills, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); previous experience in similar position will be an advantage.
