- Minimum of 3-5years of experience within a luxury 5* property in a similar role
- The ability to manage all aspects of lodge operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintenance
- Excellent financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and achieving profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- The ability to lead and mentor a team of staff
- Excellent hosting skills and the ability to interact with guests and stakeholders
- Conservation-oriented and a genuine love for the bush and nature
- Comfortable living in an off-grid and remote environmentThis is a live-in position.
