Position: IT Recruitment Consultant (180)Location: Remote (South Africa, UK Time Zone)

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (UK time) with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility of an early finish, the focus/ targets will be set weekly to award an early finish on Fridays (this is based on a team effort)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
Participate in client briefing calls to understand requirements and build shortlists (4-5 CVs per role).
Conduct proactive searches to build and maintain talent pools for ongoing and future needs.
Work on 1-2 new IT roles each week, with salaries typically ranging between £40k - £90k, primarily in the UK, with some roles also available across Europe.
Focus on IT roles, including Project Management, Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, Development and Security positions.
Delivery-only role: no BD is required.
Attend a morning call Monday to Friday, with an in-depth Monday morning stand-up meeting. There are daily wrap-up meetings (Mon - Friday) at 17:15 UK time, but you may need to continue working after this to complete your workload.
Requirements:
Requirements5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on delivery.
Ability to manage the full candidate process independently, from sourcing to placement.
Experience working with a variety of roles within IT, with a blend of several of the following disciplines: Architecture, Infrastructure, Development,
Security, Project Management, Data roles and more.
Proven ability to proactively build and maintain talent pools and pipelines.
Trustworthy, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools will be a plus, they use Vincere, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, CV Library, and JobServe. (Training will be provided if needed)
