ROLE OVERVIEW
The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing project execution while ensuring budgets, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage landscape installation projects, meeting deadlines and budgets
- Negotiate and administer contracts (JBCC, GCC, NEC)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling opportunities to achieve sales and profit targets
- Coordinate site supervisors, labour, suppliers, and service providers efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
- Support recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- Participate in industrial relations processes as required
REMUNERATION
- Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
- Company vehicle provided (private mileage limited to home-to-office travel)
