Job Description:
Assist with the design and analysis of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and masonry structures Produce structural drawings, calculations, and technical documentation Support senior engineers with project coordination and delivery Attend site inspections and gain hands-on construction experience Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 35 years experience in structural engineering or consulting Ability to understand Afrikaans (spoken and written) Exposure to structural design and analysis software Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
Qualification:
BEng / BSc in Structural Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
