Job Description:
Geometric design of roads and interchanges in accordance with SANRAL and TMH guidelines
Preparation of geometric layouts, horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, and 3D models
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including traffic, drainage, pavement, and structural engineers
Support with project documentation, drawings, specifications, and design reports
Engagement with clients and authorities throughout all project phases
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in geometric road design (SANRAL experience highly advantageous)
Proficiency in Civil 3D, Open Roads, or equivalent road design software
Familiarity with SANRAL's technical requirements and geometric design standards
Strong communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
BSc/BEng/ BTech in Civil Engineering
ECSA Professional Registration (PrEng/PrTechEng)
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
