DUTIES
Assisting customers in product selection according to their branding requirements Understand customer demands, needs, and preferences Liaising with clients via telephone and email Processing quotes and follow up with clients Process orders and sales Coordinate with team members and departments Act as the point of contact and handle customersâ?? individual needs Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Meet monthly sales targets Developing positive relationships Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks Report on the status of accounts and transactions Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesÂ
