PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR / INVENTORY CLERK – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Polokwane
Salary: R13k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A promising opportunity has become available in the Polokwane area for a Property Administrator / Inventory Clerk
It’s a well known independent asset management company, with an excellent local reputation in the Pietermarizburg area.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as Property Administrator and / or Inventory Clerk, and ideally have worked previously in an Estate Agency / Lettings environment. You will be responsible for carrying out check in’s and check out’, Inventory make up’s; conducting inspections of all managed properties, and assisting with office administration.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Administrator / Inventory Clerk role will include:
Experience in conducting inventories, check in’s and out’s
Property Administration experience
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the local area helpful
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
