Lead and manage the full finance function Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and forecast Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Drive automation and efficiency across financial operations Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders Partner with creative and operational teams to support business strategy Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Skills and Qualifications:
â?¨ A BCom degree (CIMA or CA(SA) is a bonus!)
â?¨ At least 5 years' experience in a Financial Controller or similar role
â?¨ Strong Excel and reporting skills
â?¨ Passion for working in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
â?¨ A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to think on your feet
