Known for their innovation, operational excellence, and long-standing client relationships, they continue to shape urban landscapes through sustainable and high-performing property assets.As Financial Controller, you will oversee the full financial function across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analyses while ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls. The role involves managing cash flow, rental collections, and operational expenditure, as well as liaising with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, enhancing financial efficiencies, and supporting strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure excellence across all finance operations.
