Minimum requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential Proven experience in a customer service, telesales, and call centre environment Bilingual (must be fluent in English and Afrikaans); ability to communicate in Xhosa is a strong advantage Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Target-driven and customer-focused Resides in BloemfonteinDuties and responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with queries, concerns, and service requests Engage in telesales activities, reaching out to potential clients to promote our products and secure appointments Maintain an excellent standard of customer service at every touchpoint Record and update customer information accurately Achieve and exceed appointment and sales targets for incentive rewardsSkills required:
Communication skills Problem-solving skills Interpersonal skills Organisational skills AdaptibilityRemuneration:
R 6 500 basic + incentive + additional sales incentive (dependent on appointments made)
Work hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Every other Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
