The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Manage and prioritise daily and weekly to-do lists effectively Handle diary planning and scheduling of meeting with precision Perform administrative tasks from start to finish to ensure timely completion Follow up on outstanding items without being prompted Provide general administrative support to the team Handle feedback constructively and implement improvements Proactively assist with various tasksThe ideal candidate has the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
A relevant tertiary qualification (BCom / BA in Office Administration or relevant field) Experience in a similar position (recommendation) Advanced computer skills (MS Office and basic project management tools) Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to tasks Excellent time management, planning, prioritising, and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal skills (Afrikaans & English), and strong sense of self-confidence Highly adaptable and willing to learn and take on additional tasks where possible Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes High levels of integrity, professionalism, and strong ethical standards in all aspects of work Drivers licence and own transport
