A well-established manufacturing company in Rosslyn is looking for a technically strong, driven Newly Qualified CA(SA) to take ownership of key financial functions. While manufacturing experience is an advantage, strong technical ability, analytical thinking, and a passion for cost and management accounting are essential.This role suits someone who enjoys detailed financial work, delivering accurate insights, and managing forecasting, budgeting, and tax in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Financial Function management
- Cost & management accounting
- Monthly reporting: management accounts, forecasting & budgeting
- Tax: Accurate and compliant submissions
- Compliance: Internal controls, audits, and financial accuracy
- Operational support to internal teams for strategic decision-making
- Contribution to improvements in reporting, costing, and financial structures
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualification: CA(SA) Newly Qualified
- Experience: NQ + strong technical exposure
- Industry: Manufacturing beneficial (open to other industries)
- Technical: Cost & management accounting; reporting, forecasting, budgeting & tax
- Profile: Analytical, detail-focused, proactive, and confident in a high-performance environment
