Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 6) Minimum 5 yearsâ?? Retail Sales / Marketing & 3+ yrs supervisory level Proven experience in store operations, staff management & customer service Strong computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/Retail systems) Valid driverâ??s licence & willingness to travel frequently Key Responsibilities
Manage retail store operations, stock, pricing & promotions across multiple sites Support underperforming stores, cover for absent managers, and launch new locations Drive sales, canvass new customers, and support marketing & promotional activities Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls Supervise and develop staff: Sales, Assistants, Auto-Electrician, General Workers, Driver Maintain customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and host engagement events Track budgets, control costs, and optimise resources Proactive, action-oriented leader with problem-solving ability Commercially minded and customer-focused Strong planning, organising, and supervisory skills Resilient and adaptable to changing environments Excellent communication (verbal & written) KPIs Include
